Return Policy: so you can personally inspect the items we sell, we give you
21 days to return unwanted merchandise to us for credit back to your credit card. No return authorization is necessary. However, both the product and factory packaging must be in new condition and the factory seal (shrink wrap) not broken. Items returned beyond 21 days that meet the requirements to be resold are subject to a twenty five percent restocking charge. Items returned beyond the 21 day limit that do not meet the requirements will be scrapped and no credit issued.
Gold on Black items - most are made to order. Made to order items take 4 to 7 days to produce and are not returnable.
Our return policy is very liberal, but we cannot accept returned items that have been installed on a vehicle, or have been damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging. If you are unsure how to re-insert the product into the factory packaging to prevent damage, please ask first. Send returns by US mail postage paid.
Be sure to include your name and order number, and mail it to the return address on the package it came in. If you don't have it, please use the address shown
below.
Freight charges are not refundable.
Monogrammed items and custom items are not returnable unless we
goofed.
From time to time, the manufacturer may modify the products to improve them.
They reserve the right to do that without notice.
Damage claims must be presented immediately upon receipt.

23K Gold plated items are heavily gold plated using the finest "Cobalt hardened" process. Never use detergents, cleaners, paper products, or hard cloths on gold plating. Never rub - only pat dry. Read the instruction included with plates and frames. Because of the delicacy of gold plating, there is no warranty against wear.
Prices are for one (each). These are very high quality products.
Shipping Note! We ship by 2 to 3 day delivery. 2 to 3 day means; you will receive your package on the 2nd or 3rd day (excluding Sundays and Holidays) AFTER YOU RECEIVE NOTICE THAT IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. It does not mean you will receive your package 2 to 3 days from the day you ordered it. We try to ship everything the following business day, but sometimes things get backordered (are out of stock). You will be notified by email if that happens.
Rates are based on the lowest we are able to negotiate with the carriers. Freight will automatically computed during the order process. You may stop the order process anytime without fear of being charged. You may also cancel the order by
eMail immediately after placing it, if you change your mind.
As additional fraud prevention: We reserve the right to restrict delivery to the billing address and require a signature in order to insure that the buyer actually receives the order.
We would like nothing more than to surprise our customers by getting orders to you before you expect them. We try hard to do that. However, occasionally an item gets backordered. Backorders usually are filled within 4 business days. We will hold your order until it is complete.
